Feeding Science Program
The “Feeding Science” program aims to promote debate between students, young researchers, and established researchers in the broad field of Food Science and Technology. Every month, renowned researchers from different institutions in Brazil share their professional life journeys, inspiring young people and answering relevant and current questions about Food Science and Technology in an informal and relaxed conversation. The program is coordinated by Professors Ana Clarissa dos Santos Pires and Márcia Cristina Ribeiro Teixeira Vidigal (permanent faculty members of PPGCTA) and is supported by the Brazilian Society of Food Science and Technology (SBCTA), the Vice-Rectorate for Research and Graduate Studies at UFV, and PPGCTA.
