Application
To apply for the Graduate Program in Food Science and Technology, the candidate must have a full bachelor’s degree, with their academic transcript showing adequate training in subjects related to Food Science/Technology/Engineering. If necessary, the candidate may be required to take undergraduate courses for leveling purposes.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION
Copy of the bachelor’s degree diploma or certificate of completion (for PhD applicants, a master’s degree diploma or a declaration of potential master’s defense, or a declaration stating the candidate has defended and passed the master’s degree, is additionally required);
Copy of the academic transcript with the grade point average from the bachelor’s degree, specifying the evaluation system (for PhD applicants, the master’s academic transcript is also required);
Curriculum Vitae (Master’s / PhD)
Certificates/Proofs for items listed in the Curriculum Vitae, saved in a single file for attachment;
Evaluation Criteria Table (Master’s Evaluation Criteria / PhD Evaluation Criteria);
Work Plan (for PhD applicants – attach along with the supervisor definition form);
3 x 4 photo;
Copy of Birth or Marriage Certificate;
Copy of Identity Card (for Brazilian candidates);
Copy of Military Service Discharge Certificate (only for male candidates);
Copy of Voter Registration (for Brazilian candidates);
Copy of CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry);
Copy of passport or RNE (for foreign candidates);
Link to a video;
Form for Defining the Research Line (send the link to the video attached to this document);
Two reference letters (Reference Letter Model);
Letter of agreement from the immediate supervisor (only for candidates with employment ties) (Release Agreement Declaration);
