Application

To apply for the Graduate Program in Food Science and Technology, candidates must have completed a full higher education degree. Their academic transcript must indicate an adequate background in subjects related to Food Science/Technology/Engineering. If necessary, candidates may be required to take undergraduate courses for leveling.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR APPLICATION:

> Copy of the diploma or a declaration of course completion (for doctoral applicants, a master’s diploma, a declaration of possible defense, or a declaration of successful defense is also required);

> Copy of the academic transcript with the GPA and grading system explicitly stated (for doctoral applicants, the master’s transcript is also required);

> Curriculum VitaeMaster’s and Doctorate (Supporting documents for items listed in the CV must be saved as a single file for upload);

> Evaluation Criteria Table (Master’s Evaluation Criteria / Doctorate Evaluation Criteria);

> Work Plan (for doctorate – attach along with the Advisor Definition Form);

> 3×4 Photo;

> Copy of Birth or Marriage Certificate;

> Copy of National ID Card (for Brazilian candidates);

> Copy of Military Service Certificate (for male Brazilian candidates only);

> Copy of Voter Registration Card (for Brazilian candidates);

> Copy of CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry Number);

> Copy of Passport or Foreigner’s National Registry (RNE) (for international candidates);

> Research Line Definition Form (include the link to the required video in this document);

> Two Letters of Recommendation (Recommendation Letter Model);

> Approval Letter from Immediate Supervisor (only for employed candidates) (Approval Declaration);

> Acceptance Letter (for employed or international candidates) (Acceptance Letter);

> Appeal Request Form;

> Fee Waiver Request Form;

> Remote Examination Request Form;

> Request to Enroll in Master’s/Doctorate Without a Scholarship;

> Objection to the Call for Applications – Doctorate;

> Objection to the Call for Applications – Master’s.

International Candidates: R$ 116,00
